Our factory covers an area of 10,000+ m² and is equipped with imported 3.5G-12G knitting machines, including 24 sets of Shima Seiki intarsia machines, and nearly 100 domestic weaving equipment. Over the past 30+ years, we have continuously expanded production capacity, upgraded processes, and implemented intelligent management. Our production line operates with high efficiency, precision, and organization, enabling us to deliver high-quality and complex custom knitted sweater projects reliably.

Winding Workshop
We offer professional cone reeling and winding services to optimize yarn tension and uniformity. Our advanced equipment ensures precise yarn conversion, making the yarn suitable for different knitting machines and meeting the quality requirements of various production processes.
Computerized Knitting Workshop
Our computerized knitting workshop is equipped with advanced imported 3.5G-12G knitting machines, including 26 Shima Seiki intarsia models. Professional technicians ensure high precision in pattern and stitching. This setup supports both custom designs and mass production with stable, consistent quality.
Linking & Sewing Workshop
Our linking workshop is staffed by skilled artisans who specialize in precise hand-stitching and seamless assembly. Each sweater panel is carefully joined to ensure perfect alignment, elasticity, and durability. With meticulous attention to detail, we transform individual pieces into cohesive, high-quality garments that meet the strictest standards for fit and finish.
The finishing production line
The finishing production line incorporates Washing, Label Attaching and Ironing processes to perform surface treatment and garment shaping. Each garment is thoroughly washed to ensure fabric softness, labels are accurately attached per customer requirements, and professional steam ironing is applied to guarantee consistent dimensions and a refined finish before final inspection.
Quality Inspection
The quality inspection line is equipped with needle detection devices to identify and eliminate any metal contaminants within the garments. Dedicated inspectors conduct rigorous multi-stage checks covering measurements, appearance, workmanship, and fabric integrity to ensure every product fully meets customer specifications and international quality standards.

The packing and shipping line follows standardized procedures for folding, tagging, bagging, and carton packing. Each order is carefully verified against packing lists to ensure accurate quantities and labeling, with final shipments prepared in compliance with customer requirements for safe and on-time delivery.
